How can you "give back" something that was never taken away? Roe vs. Wade GAVE WOMEN IN ALL 50 STATES THE RIGHT TO A MEDICAL ABORTION BY A CERTIFIED DOCTOR. Your last sentence is pure double talk, because essentially YOU and A MINORITY are enforcing YOUR PERSONAL BELIEFS ON THE MOST PERSONAL OF DECISIONS OF OTHERS. Gerry-mandering and voter suppression by the GOP is under the gun, and in the not-too-distant future those "elected officials" may not be so, because poll after poll shows the majority of Americans favor CHOICE in this matter. Theocracy does what you and the current SCOTUS are doing. Kind of anti-American, that.

Abortion is unique in that your personal decision ends another persons life. The only real question is when does a fetus become a person with the right to live. Most reasonable people think that's around the first trimester and that's a reasonable cut off date to abort. Most states will immediately have laws that reflect that opinion and over time all will. RW being imposed nation wide did nothing but prolong the abortion debate and now we can get down to business and settle it. Even Ruth saw this coming and said it was the only way to do it.

If your first sentence were true, then were are the death certificates? When a murder occurs, the State or County M.E. office does the examination and fills out the certificate....that certificate requires a DATE OF BIRTH. So, spare me all the rest of your babbling and produce those certificates ... if you can't, then you're just another clown passing religious dogma and philosophy as medical scientific facts.

Ever here of a "pre-mature" birth? Do a little research as to when they occur and what are the chances of them surviving WITH AND WITHOUT a LOT of emergency medical technology.

There are other reasons, and premature births don't always survive even with all the emergency medical technology available.

Unn-huh...and to date, there are a miniscule amount of case in the 50 states where a pregnant woman was murdered and the jury/judge decreed that the plaintive be charged with a double homicide. There has been NO case were a perpetrator assaulted a woman and caused a miscarriage, and then was charged with murder. If you can find such, let me know.

And again, where is the death certificate for the "murdered baby"? Name, birth date, etc. You see, when dealing with the legal specifics, you can't get away with generics and supposition ... at least not until some of the right wing decisions of the SCOTUS as of late.
