Congratulations, you took freedom away…

I suspect they're all paid staff, paid trolls or original creators with multiple screen names. Of course, they could be legit posters...so much more to pity them.

there's no such thing as "paid" on small forums. Any active agents would be drive-by only.

Yes, pity them as legit posters. :)

You dummy, The Constitution does not "give rights". It restricts FedCo. PERIOD

In many instances it restricts the states and the feds. An entire group of those rights that were previously recognized were lost with the most recent supreme court decision on the right to privacy.

A felony UNDER SPECIFIC (not general) circumstances, as the quote shows. Folk like you often mischaracterize (or just outright lie) regarding this FACT ... fortunately, lawyers don't. If you STILL don't get it, toddle down to any law office and they will explain it to you. If you're just being insipidly stubborn, you're on your own and not worth further debating.
A felony, as described in the statute.

Sadly, Christo-fascists share the same traits as their Maga minion cousins .... they NEVER admit they're wrong, even when the physical evidence of their errors are staring them in the face. One of the reasons I periodically put the little dummies on "ignore"...saves time and space.

And that's the disagreement. When does a fertilized egg become a baby. The answer to that question or at least the information to have a valid opinion on it has been provided by science. We now have the luxury of being able to see exactly what's in the mother and how far along its development is. 70% of America looks at these pictures and comes to the conclusion that it's a baby after the first trimester and don't want abortion allowed after that.

Statutes, also known as acts, are laws passed by a legislature. And the statue notes SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU DIMWIT!

Your insipid stubbornness is only surpassed by your congenital stupidity. You're done.

The chronology of the posts makes you out to be a babbling fool and a liar. Clearly, you're just a silly, possibly drunk troll. Back on the ignore list. See ya in a month or so.

It’s actually the right to Privacy, which was much larger than abortion. It was the right to make basic personal decisions that most directly affect who we as individuals are.

The conservatives could easily have left that right alone and carved Abortion out of it. Instead these guys took it away giving the government the power to once again regulate access to birth control, who we can marry and any other number of personal decisions.

They took power away from individuals and gave it to the government.

Some freedoms have has been obstructed as this is not the first time Democracy has come under attack among the mealy and treasonous enemy from within who are not fit to be considered human, can be put back and for the mealy enemy from within taxpayer pilfering hides to be taken asunder. This pretense among the repuke insurgency at war against Democracy is based on all core values of America, federal, state, proper Presidential actions and proper Congressional actions and U.S. Constitutional law at rising to the occasion to deal with this seditious repuke problem.

You just double-downed on stupid.
