Current situation at restaurants

Tips are supposed to be about cash under the table.

I won't even go knowingly to a restaurant that already adds it to the bill.

Usually it's the douchebaggy corporate places that do that.

Well, almost every restaurant puts it on a credit or debt card tab. Those are going to end up reported to the IRS. Worse, the tip is often split by the staff off those, or even more egregiously just kept by the owner.
