Is there anyone out there who dared criticize or spoke out against Trump that hasn’t been sued, “investigated” or indicted? The DOJ ought to just move to MaraLago and drop the facade

The Department of Justice’s mission statement says, “The mission of the Department of Justice is to uphold the rule of law, to keep our country safe, and to protect civil rights,” to which they ought to add, “and to investigate, indite, and prosecute anyone Trump tells us to as our top priority

^^ that is the same Prosecutors office that was just cited by the Judge for stunning Grand Jury abuses, in order to get the indictment against the Broadview Six (see below link), which the Head Prosecutor in that District had to dismiss and apologize for the MANY abuses done by his team, as the only way to get the indictment.

You can expect this E Jean case, should it get to indictment, to also be dismissed for Vindictive prosecution and abuses.

Had both the Letisha James and James Comey cases not been dismissed for procedural motions and instead proceeded to the Motions both had filed for Vindictive Prosecution, you can bet BOTH those cases would have exposed grievous Grand Jury abuses as well and resulted in rulings of 'vindictive prosecutions'.

Judge cites stunning abuse by Trump DOJ...

Trump is one of the most small-minded petty little MFers on the planet. How he got justice to do his bidding this time is a mystery. This is why so many Justice Department prosecutors left. Trump uses them for revenge and punishment. Trump does not care if they are found guilty of anything. He wants them to pay for lawyers and take time out of their lives to deal with his shit.

Oh bullshit, the Carroll case was one of the most egregious cases in history.

Exactly, the headlines and rumblings thru social media achieve his purpose, feeds right into the martyr role he feeds the base, breaks everything down to a us vs them melodrama

People think Pam Bondi got pushed out by Trump because of how she handled the Epstein files. I do not agree. That might have been the final straw but the first hundred straws are these 'Vindictive Prosecutions' Trump is demanding the DoJ do.

I am certain he had been pushing for the COmey 'seashell' prosecution and this E Jean one and another on Letisha James, and about a dozen more, all of which Pam Bondi did not want to bring, as she is already facing Bar license review with a strong case for her to lose her law license.

If she had went along with Trump demands and got more and more judicial rulings of 'vindicative prosecution', 'DoJ abuse' and other, she would almost certainly just keep building the case for to lose her license and she wanted to protect that.

So that is why she had to go, and why we now see Blanche pushing all the cases she refused to.

Is that the woman who could not remember when but never answered why she did not report something she alleged happened 30+ years previous? Was the law altered to allow this suit?

Trump was charged like a normal person after a Grand Jury said there was a case. He had a staff of high-priced lawyers. He was given every break that money could buy. He acted up in court and got away with it. He held press conferences after the days he showed up and told lies about what was going on. Nobody else could have gotten away with that. He was quickly found guilty by a jury.

She needs to file a new lawsuit. This is both defamatory and retaliatory.

And this time she should sue for $10 billion.

And personalize the institutional components of government. What chance is there of a DOJ doing this if Trump were not President?
