don't attend the "civil war"

Fort Sumter was and is a part of the United States as the southern states, why would the United States need a treaty with themselves on territory of the United States. It was an insurrection by the south which eventually put down

Lincoln was too magnanimous to the traitors

At the outset of the Civil War Stephens was elected to the Confederate Congress and chosen as the vice president of the Confederate States of America. He then famously gave the “Cornerstone Speech,” in which he announced that the new government was founded on the idea that blacks were inferior to whites.

Lincoln went against The Constitution and was a tyrant. He shut down the first amendment and all kinds of UnConstitutional things.

Lincoln jailed half the journalists in the US. Back when there was real free press, bitch! That goes directly against the 1st amendment.

I'm not sure what "treaty" you're referring to, but I am fairly certain that December 17, 1836 predates February 8, 1861, as does the occupation of Fort Sumter by the US Army.

That claim was void when South Carolina seceded. No State could make any such treaty in the CSA. It was unconstitutional.

Maybe you don't know what constitutes a nation. Is that it?

A nation is an group of people living with in a defined territory, under a common government. In a federation, a nation is the group of people living under the common federation (collection of States) government.

The CSA was a federated republic. So was the USA.
