They can enter without a warrant in very limited situations: hot pursuit of a dangerous felon, or when they have consent, or in true emergencies. Those rules have existed forever. What has changed is the massive number of illegal invaders we now have in this country, well over 10 million who were let in under Biden.

If ICE has a final deportation order on someone and they watch that person run into a house, they don’t need a new warrant to go in after them. That person is already in the country illegally and has been ordered removed by a judge. They are not some innocent citizens hiding in their castle. They are a lawbreaker trying to evade the law.

The Constitution and Bill of Rights were written to protect 'the American people' and limit the federal government's power over 'its own citizens'. They were never intended to give foreign nationals who illegally invade our country the exact same rights as Americans.

You dumbasses love pretending 'The People' means every illegal in the world who manages to sneak across the border. It does not. The Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that illegal aliens have 'limited' constitutional protections, especially when it comes to immigration enforcement.

If you break into my house, you do not get full constitutional rights while hiding in my basement. I doubt you'll think so as I put a bullet between your eyes. The same logic applies to a country except we're much nicer to the scumbag that broke in illegally than most would if they threatened their children.(Which every criminal that breaks in to our country does threaten someones children, or at least we have no possible way of knowing which criminal does or doesn't. Just because you idiots think they're all just innocent people looking for a better life, doesn't change reality. A reality that so many parents know all too well as they stare at the photos of the child or reletive they lost because of idiot like you being in charge.

You do not get to illegally enter the United States and then claim the full protections of the Constitution against the very government whose laws you just violated. Does a criminal in prison still have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness? Does he before he goes to prison? No, he has some rights, but the liberty and pursuit of happiness will be severely hampered while he sits in jail, or is running to avoid being caught.

This is not complicated unless you're a moron. Citizens have full rights. Illegal invaders do not. Stop trying to use the Constitution as a suicide pact for the country.
