Finally, intelligent gun regulations

Just charge for all rights like voting, free speech, computer ownership, etc.

Think about it; all the intelligent people will keep their rights and all the dumbasses will be out of the way.

No need, voting, speech, and computer ownership don’t kill anyone, guns do, some quicker than a hot knife thru butter

Why would one bring back poll taxes when there is no need to deny others their vote?

Not "poll taxes" a liability fee to cover voting for a fucking moron.

Why do you have problem freezing out the poor in favor of those with the money to pass a citizenship exam and a $25 annual voting fee to cover costs, liability, etc? Just like guns. You said it yourself "every Constitutional right can and is regulated, Second Amendment isn’t any different".

Be careful what you ask for in the name of expedient politics.

Irrelevant, it appears “copy” didn’t read the advice offered in the topic post, every Constitutional right can and is regulated, Second Amendment isn’t any different

Fine then you have to pay a fee to register in order to vote or get an abortion. Everyabodtin ends.ina death so there should be a "disposal" tax. Then there should be whining a tax just because we've been listening to the whining about abortion. Then voting hell there's a ton of taxes and fees we could attach to do that so let's go.

They just do mass shootings on a weekly basis in every big blue run city...22 shot, 5 fatally, in this past weekend violence...including 8-year-old girl CPD says

Shot & Killed: 35
Shot & Wounded: 147

As of week 3 of this year in Chicago

So my advise to you is stay out of those big cities, as if you would go there anyways, but most Americans can’t stay out of the malls, theaters, bowling alleys, grocery stores, churches, schools, places of employment, etc., they they patronize daily

Then, by your argument, voting, free speech and all other rights can be the playground of the rich and the poor get shafted again.

Now you know why 70% of Americans aren't Democrats.

Not close, all apples and oranges as I have shown several times above

No need, voting, speech, and computer ownership don’t kill anyone, guns do, some quicker than a hot knife thru butter

Link to last time a gun got up and killed someone all on its own

People kill with a gun

People kill with a car

People kill with a butter knife

So you have this shiny new law that you think will "eventually" reduce the number of guns on the streets. What do you plan to do in the meantime with all the ones that are presently in circulation? And what about other citizens that aren't run by assholes like in San Jose?

Why is gun insurance a bad idea? Comparing it to a poll tax, really?
Precedent.

Do you really think our rights should be subject to fees in order to exercise them? Do you think the rich and some middle-class will enjoy their "rights" after payment but lower income families will not?

Do you really want to turn a single mother with three kids in a bad neighborhood into a criminal because she can't afford gun insurance?

Once again, the Democrats fulfil Einstein's definition of insanity. They continue treating the symptom like it was the disease.

Not only that, but they set the legal precedent that our rights can be taken away for lack of payment.

Tomorrow, probably won’t, but down the road, the more one can lessen accessibility to guns today effects the greater number of guns in circulation later. And it isn’t the gangbanger doing the mass shootings in schools, malls, churches, theaters, retirement homes, places of employment, salons, outdoor concerts, etc.

Is someone who’s considering doing a mass shooting not going to do so because their insurance would go up afterwards and they would liable for a big payout? (That they will likely die in the act or spend the rest of their life in jail isn’t enough to stop them but the monetary risk would?)

Again, already been addressed

There is no documented problem with voter ID, there is with guns, and even if there were, the consequences are radically different, and the rest of your post doesn’t make sense

CHICAGO (AP) — A man caught in the crossfire when shots were fired inside a Chicago store was killed along with a 16-year-old boy who had fired into the business, police said.

Chicago police said the teen fired shots into Big Salem’s Food Mart on the city's South Side about 9 p.m. Wednesday while apparently targeting two males inside the business.

But hey if we just had gun insurance:laugh: fucking idiot

True. Did you ever see that movie with Jason Statham he killed 8 guys with a butter knife and a spoon? Best fights scenes ever in my opinion. One of the points in the movie is Stathams character has never used nor needs a gun to kill someone and is insulted by the inference.

Awesome! Then put me on ignore and have a nice fucking day!

Nothing you can do, thanks to the propagandizing of the gun manufacturers, any attempt is stalled or forgotten, haven’t you ever wonder why America’s gun violence far out measures that of any other developed nation in the world
