Exactly. Any time a Right can be taxed, or demand you pay a fee to exercise it, it no longer is a Right it becomes something the government can take away or give you on a whim.

Rights do not come from a piece of paper. No federal or State government has the authority to ban or limit any type of weapon, including any type of gun. No federal or State government has authority to require purchase of any item, including insurance of any type.

I'm not a gun person so this isn't an area I'm well versed in. But I have a difficult time believing someone who desires a gun or wants to do harm can't find a weapon if they so desire.
