You might want to learn what a strawman is before you use the term. It makes you look like a complete fool for claiming I created a strawman since I never once changed your argument.
Impeachment requires the Chief Justice
Leahy is acting as a judge ( presiding officer) and juror
Removal is needed for sanctions - i've gone over this 50 times- not wasting more bandwith
OK.. Show us where in the Constitution it requires the Chief justice for an impeachment of someone that is not President. I laid out my case using the exact words in the US Constitution. It's time for you to do the same.
