There's no reason to meet with Russia just days after several FSB officers were indicted for attacking the US unless you're there to either

1) get those indicted Russians into our custody

or

2) to conspire with Putin to protect those indicted.

You act like there was some new stunning revelation by Rosenweasel and Mueller. You are completely ignoring the fact that these things have been known since April. So where is the breaking news?
