Gloria Allred Refuses to Release Yearbook

It's kind of dopey to just say "I don't believe it until it's proven in a court of law." There are things we universally believe that don't match that sentiment - OJ did it (and we believed that even after he was found not guilty in the 1st trial); Cosby, Weinstein, et al.

Things pass a critical mass. Of course there are false accusations, but we can all discern when it passes a certain threshold.

Laughable generalization. Fallacious.

And that "critical mass" and "certain threshold" seems to be tied in with liberal public opinion; because it's becoming more and more apparent that public opinion is all that liberals care about and facts be damned.

I don't care about public opinion. I base my views on how credible the accusers are, how many there are, how credible the accused is, if his/her stories are consistent, etc. There is a lot to work with.

Let's start w/ an easy one: do you believe Cosby's accusers, or is the "jury still out" for you?

And what proof have the accusers provided, that make them creditable to your "opinion"?

Man, is that the pot calling kettle etc.....

You want evidence that Moore is innocent but support the fact that Alread won't allow the only physical evidence to be verified.....

Now who is it thats really into shit-stirring and not fact finding ?

"Moore's signature on the order of dismissal in the divorce case was annotated with the letters 'D.A.,' representing the initials of my court assistant.

You claiming this is not true ?

Those are the assistant’s initials

DA also stands for District Attorney

Thats true....keeping in mind, Moore was not the District Attorney at the time....
His lawyer claims he was the JUDGE assigned to the case....

When you want to show off, moron, you don’t tell people you’re the ASSISTANT anything.

Moore didn’t become a judge until 1992. The yearbook is 1977.

Comprende, pally boy?

No matter how you slice it, you’re forced to guess one way or the other.

‘Trials by public opinion’, don’t have the same standards of evidence as court trials. That makes them potentially dangerous in a democracy. If you want to destroy your political opponent and take him out of the race, just find some willing accusers.

And lots and lots of people would like to keep Moore out of the Senate for reasons that have nothing to do with what may or may not have went on decades ago in AL.

It doesn’t pass the sniff test with me.

I never claimed anything different

Here is Moore's lawyers claim...
“As it turns out, in 1999, Ms. Nelson filed a divorce action against her then-husband, Mr. Harris,” Jauregui said Wednesday. “Guess who that case was before? It was filed in Etowah County, and the judge assigned was Roy S. Moore, circuit judge of Etowah County.

Note the date, 1999
Court documents....

Study up dummer.....what is your point anyway....

Moores lawyer seems to be claiming that Moore's sig. was copied on the yearbook long after 1977...
As a matter of fact, the sig. on the court document is a signature stamp and not written by Moore himself...yet the D. A. is in the yearbook....
I'm sure Allread will have an explanation for it all....

But if the sig in the yearbook is shown to be a stamp and not written....oh, oh....

Rest assured that Allred is an extremely bright and capable woman. She has already hinted that there is more evidence to come. Dont ask, you wont like what she has to offer.

She hasn't provided the evidence she already has, the fact that she won't provide the yearbook for inspection despite being invited to provide a 2nd hand writing analyst of their own choosing is proof positive to any functioning human brain that the charges are bullshit.
