Also, if he was trying to SAVE the guy laying down, how come they rushed him as soon as he was hit and cuffed him? I mean, did they also rush the autistic guy? Why would they do that without having also hit him, who supposedly had a possible weapon?

Wasn't the autistic guy's skin a different shade?
