'Hell, yes, we're going to take your AR-15, your AK-47' - Beto "Whitey" O'rourke

One thing that needs to be added in about the second amendment is an understanding of mental illness that didn't exist back in the day. Another is the realization that you have access to all available civilian arms but it's societies prerequisite of what are civilian arms. This has been a no brainer but the NRA and other money interests in government have warped this.

People in the military don't even carry large arms around all the time. It's impractical and stupid. Still, we have people that think they not only need weapons outside the guise of civilian grade but they should carry them everywhere. You nuts aren't in a warzone getting lunch out. Some even think they should have access to dangerous war arms on a regular basis that only certain people in the military use on an as-needed basis.

Mental illness didn't exist "back in the day"? Who the hell are you trying to fool?
"Another is the realization that you have access to all available civilian arms but it's societies prerequisite of what are civilian arms." WTF?? What the hell does that mean?
You know nothing whatsoever about the NRA. Don't try to peddle your oblivious bullshit, no one's buying it.

No, and neither do we. Myself, I have no interest in lugging a rifle around unless it's at the gun range or the woods while hunting. It's kinda stupid in my opinion.
That said, you don't know shit. "Outside the guise of civilian grade"? WTF? I have guns more powerful than a soldier's sidearms. I have actual military issued side
arms. I don't carry them everywhere and no one I know does either.

You don't think I should own service weapons. Tuff shit, I do. So do millions of other Americans, and safely I might add. Pick a subject you know at least something
about, firearms is not one.

You’re a stoned fucking liar. Find any of those quotes, doper. You’re shit is causing hallucinations.

Found Heller, yet, illiterate cunt?

Of course not. :rofl2:

I read Heller, it doesn't say what you claim, drunktard. If it did, you could cite it and not be a lying lazy fucking drunk.

You are so stupid you actually argue against your own logic.

Right here, ignorant liar.

The late justice also more generally offered the belief that "like most rights, the right secured by the Second Amendment is not unlimited." It is "not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose."

Additionally, Justice Scalia strongly suggested that his reading of the Second Amendment would still allow laws prohibiting felons from owning guns, prohibiting the carrying of firearms near schools and government buildings, and ”laws imposing conditions and qualifications on the commercial sale of arms.”

The only issue Heller ruled on was that you could have a loaded handgun in your home for self protection and that it is an individual right.

SCOTUS also upheld (not Heller) a ban on assault weapons in Connecticut after Sandy Hook.

Comprende dumbfuck?

Mental illness was an issue back then, once again you're wrong.

How has the NRA and these other supposed interests warped this? Be SPECIFIC.

Have you been to military base lately? Especially overseas where even JAG officers are required to carry arms.

You once again show your ignorance.

Stupid and irrelevant question but I'll answer it anyway. No.

Very pertinent question. Most Americans were fed propaganda, and so bought into the senseless massacre.
How about when the Revolutionary Timothy McVeigh was put to death? Did you bring out your little flag and little Bible and cheer for that moment?

There is nothing to get. It is cut and dry. Dead liberals. No one cares. Real simple, even for an uneducated liberal idiot like yourself.

Oh that’s right. Anti-Vietnam college students of the 60s. You weren’t even a cumstain on your momma’s lips yet. :rofl2:

When are you moving to Waco, bitch?

Done your homework yet, ignorant bitch? I thought not.

Still willfully ignorant. :rofl2:
