The video shows my version. Most eyewitness accounts of anything are garbage. They interact with him. That he refused to show ID isn't disputed. There is a struggle between the officer(s) and him. They cuff him. After a short delay, they uncuff him and leave. There's an official report by the local police that largely follows that same description of the incident, including that at least one ICE officer also suffered minor injuries.

Given the sheer number of "Contempt of cop" videos that are on the internet, I'd say he was being an asshole to the cops when he didn't need to be an asshole. Never a good idea.
