He assaulted police officers. He still has his teeth. That is a class C felony in Washington State, and similar penalties exist in other States.

Assaulting an ICE agent is a federal felony, but the ICE agents did not seem to believe it had happened. They would have arrested him if they believed it has happened.

The local police are investigating the ICE agents, because he certainly did not assault any of them.
