Man caught on camera robbing a bank is a bank robber, thus no trial or court is needed. Just put him jail.

For everyone not named Matt or @Earl who is actually smart enough to understand this what Matt is saying above are CLAIMS and claims are not sufficient to act upon. A court RULING is required to say those things are accurate and true and enough to then allow the SoS to act.

CLAIMS are NOT actionable on their own, even if the bank robber is seen clearly in the video. You still need the court proceess.

So i am attempting the impossible here in trying to educate the "poorly educated" magats and they are proving they cannot be educated.
