Ilhan Omar’s Shady Castle Starts to Crumble

So you slandered Matt Gaetz.
How about you clean up your act.
You throw the word rapist around without any documentation.
More proof you are not a lawyer.

No, it’s not slander when it’s true.

Trump was convicted of many felonies.

He is a rapist, dumbshit.

A man in his thirties who has sex with a 17 year old is a rapist.

Why do you think he was thrown out of Congress?

Trump did have classified documents, for example.
The President is the ultimate arbiter of what is classified and unclassified. Those documents were never proven to be anything but legal Presidential archives which were kept in a very secure location.

Now Joe Biden, he actually wasn’t entitled to classified documents which he illegally stole and unlike Trump, kept them in unsecured locations. Yet a brainless, uneducated dumb fuck like you gave Biden a pass.

Yes, you really are a brainless moron and hypocrite who doesn’t even know he is a brainless moron and hypocrite.

Actually, the Congress makes the laws, so they are the ultimate arbiter. They have given some powers to the president, but none to ex-presidents.
Wrong again, Wrong Way Wally:

In the United States, the President is the ultimate arbiter of what information is classified and unclassified.
This supreme authority is derived from the President's constitutional powers under Article II as Commander-in-Chief and head of the Executive Branch. Because the entire federal classification system is created and regulated by Presidential Executive Orders (rather than statutory laws passed by Congress), the President possesses broad, plenary power to classify, declassify, or reclassify almost any national security data at will.

Are you drunk, WSWW?
