A jury rendered their findings that Trump has sexually assaulted E Jean and a Judge later rendered a ruling that the 'sexual assault' was synonymous with rape and only was not called rape due to NYS having an outed old law, whereas Federally in most States it would just have been ruled to begin with.

So ya, I take the Judge's RULING and jury FINDING prior over what any magat says to try and spin it.

Correct, with a jury trial, the judge does not determine the verdict, the jury does and no verdict of rape was ever given because rape was not charged.

The Judge in this case rendered his verdict when Trump sued E Jean saying she defamed by saying he raped her.

The judge ruled, in tossing out Trumps case that the 'sexual assault' and 'rape' are the same thing, in this instance and only a technicallity kept it being labeled properly.

The Judge ruling means ANYONE can call Trump a rapist and if Trump sues he loses every time as TRUTH is an absolute defense against defamation.

But yes, please stick to '...the technicality matters...' :ROFLMAO:
