The judge authorized a search warrant with restrictions that according to filings were violated by the government when it did the search.

At this point the government is hiding the warrant and the affidavit they presented to the judge. Warrants based on perjury are quickly invalidated by courts.

How much you willing to bet? I will bet you that in 6 months, they will not have replaced the existing SSA programs or if they have attempted to do so they will have caused problems with people receiving their SS payments.

How about you agree to donate $100 to JPP if they don't have it up and running perfectly in 6 months? I'll donate $200 if they do.

This has nothing to do with wanting them to fail. It is called reality. SSA spent hundreds of millions dollars and over 2 years starting to upgrade the systems and then COVID hit and they had to change priorities...
