"Impersonating another voter is a very serious crime"

I can explain it to you.
I can give you the written law.
I just can't understand it for you.
Except you have proven you can't explain it since you seem to be completely ignorant of what the law says. I asked for evidence that it had been abused as you claimed it could be. That means you need to provide evidence of people actually lying and then voting based on that lie. Attempting to do something and then not doing it isn't evidence of anything other than the law working without fraud.

Let me ask again. What is your evidence of the vouching system resulting in fraudulent votes being cast.

How would anybody know?

Thanks for admitting that SS# is identification.

Dems don't run elections.
They do if they are in the majority.
States do under laws passed by legislatures.
See above.
The law has been in place for 50 years in MN under both DFL and GOP state control.

How would anybody know?
I see you are admitting you have no evidence to support your silly position.

I see you didn't bother to read the response by Sec of State. It basically says:

1. They don't break out vouching based on voter vs facility employee but only keep total vouchers. They do keep total of vouched voters in each county.
2. The state doesn't keep lists of employees at facilities that are authorized to vouch. This would be kept on the county or precinct level since that is where the vouching occurs.
3. The state doesn't keep letters authorizing vouching that is presented to a polling precinct on election day. That would be under precinct control.
4-6. The state doesn't keep that information. It is kept at local level.

A perfect example of why the state doesn't keep this information would be the indictment of O'Keefe and Higby. They were charged in the county of Hennepin.

They do if they are in the majority.
No. The elections are conducted by bi-partisan election officials. The law requires both parties be represented.

Attorney Generals don't write laws. Legislatures do. The GOP has controlled the MN legislature several times in the last 50 years. If the laws favored the other party, they were free to rewrite the laws. They didn't because the laws don't favor one party over the other.

But all that ignores the fact that election judges for precincts are appointed by city or county. Locations for voting are decided by the city or county.
