J.D. and the P.P. Support this!

I want to know his reason, but he left the conversation...
Because Trump feeds their hate in a way that seems acceptable to them.

it truly is mainly that.

They are the remaining Archie Bunkers and for decades they were forced into the closet, as family members, friends, and their work place made them swallow their hate.

They looked around at a browning America and women gaining independence and power and saw that as the reason they were not succeeding.

Trump came along and made them feel righteous in their hate. Like they were victims for decades for not being able to weaponize that hate.

It is called the 'Southern Strategy' and it was a very well known potential strategy that many Republican discussed and new they could use to try and win elections but all before Trump decided it was just too dangerous. That it was an all or none strategy that would destroy America as it was but also if they lost after utilizing it, if the American people rejected it, it would then destroy the Republican party.

That is why they rejected it but also why Trump embraced it. Trump does not care one iota if it fails and destroys America or the Republican party.

The "Southern strategy" was considered by some Republicans but rejected by party leadership because it was viewed as morally reprehensible and politically dangerous.

Historically, the Republican Party (the "Party of Lincoln") relied on the support of Black voters and a base in the North and West. However, as the Democratic Party began fracturing over civil rights in the mid-20th century, some elements within the GOP saw an opening to win over white Southern voters—a proposal that sparked fierce internal debate. [1, 2, 3, 4]

The 1950s: The "Lily-White" Debate and Eisenhower's Rejection
During the 1950s, a faction of the GOP argued that the party should abandon its efforts to win the Black vote and instead court conservative white Southerners who were angry at the national Democratic Party’s shifting stance on civil rights. [1, 2]
However, mainstream Republican leaders—most notably President Dwight D. Eisenhower and his administration—strongly resisted this approach for two primary reasons:
    • Moral and Institutional Identity: As the party that abolished slavery, the GOP leadership felt a deep historical obligation to civil rights. Eisenhower pushed for the desegregation of Washington D.C., backed the Civil Rights Act of 1957, and famously sent federal troops to enforce school integration in Little Rock, Arkansas. [1, 2]
    • The "Danger" of Alienation: Strategists warned that appealing to segregationists would be political suicide outside the South. They believed it would permanently alienate Black voters nationally, offend moderate northern white Republicans, and damage America’s geopolitical image during the Cold War by aligning the party with racial subjugation. A girl is raped by her father for three years.

When the police arrest the father, the mother who allowed these rapes sides with the rapist and the kids are removed from the home.

That little girl grows up to become a gubernatorial candidate, her opponent creates an ad featuring the mother calling the girl a liar.

Vivek Ramaswamy did that, Trump and J. D. Strongly support the ad.

We will see what kind of people the voters of Ohio are. J.D. likely created the first issue of his presidential campaign.

That MAGAT candidate is a sick, sick man. Let's see who rushes to his defense here. I have some idea who will, don't you?

You Communists spin the wildest tales.

What do court documents say, Comrade Goebbels?

Trump gets a pass.
The con man always gets a pass. It's a magical power. He knew he possessed it when he rode down that elevator, when a few months later he said on television he could shoot someone and not lose any votes, when he said with a straight face four years later that Biden couldn't win a fair election though it was Biden, not him, holding a solid lead in the polls, and millions believed him as always.

I always vote for the person best for Ohio.......not straight party like some here...lol (Amy isn't remotely qualified...)

Sadly I have learned that to be true, it did not used to be that way, or at least they kept it quiet.

How long did the father serve in prison for the alleged rape?

Oh wait, he was not charged because there was no credible evidence...

But that doesn't stop Communists from pimping the story.

So once again, we have trump supporting child rape, and his supporters claiming he is just a terrible leader who does not know what his people are doing.

That's about it.

They showed part of that despicable ad on the national news last night. How low can you go, and who would want any leader who would condone that sort of slime? I sent Ms. Acton a donation. I'm sure I was not alone.
