Last, but certainly not least we have Nomad going up against the other stranger WK1 and the roster is looking good!

I'm ready for this to start. The pre-season has been so boring!
Oh I make it a habit never to watch preseason. It always head fakes me into thinking some players are better than they are. You never know until the regular regular season starts.
Alright my fellow owners: @Life is Golden , @Phantasmal - @Nomad - @Poor Richard Saunders /USER] - @IBDaMann
Please be aware there is a rare Wednesday football game this week which is the first game of the season. So if you have Seahawks or Patriots this game is for you!
Phantasmal: you have the Seahawks DEF. Great pick! Okay so looking at all the lineups right now I guess it's just me and Phan who have anyone in the Wednesday's game. Two of The strangers we're playing against have Seahawks.
So new message: if you're into football the first regular season game is Wednesday. Kick off is at 8:20 p.m. Eastern time.

I'm all ready!
@Phantasmal , regarding the Seahawks defense- congratulations, that was a huge score! 12 points for a defense is extraordinary!
I was pretty happy to see it. I’ll see how the rest do.
Me: My RB1, Josh Jacobs - turns out he's a wife-beater. Another one of my players - one of my bests WR's A.J. Brown, went down and is out for who knows how long now. Things are NOT looking good for the Seattle Reign.

Tomorrow's the big day. First Sunday of the season. Should be interesting.
Best of luck to all!

Having decent players sure makes a difference. I'm so glad I was present for the draft this year.
Not an active player. So not so much news for JPP. What IS news is that my RB1 J. Jacobs is currently suspended for being an asshole and I have no good WR's or RB's now.
You're on track to put up the highest score of all of us this week, Goldie, and you're DEF hasn't even played yet! Nice work!
You did fine on your own, my friend!

Thanks for all your help. Since last year, I have learned so much. Had you not let me and Phan go first, I doubt I would have many decent players. Chivalry is not dead.
Oh, now- I'd love to say "you're welcome" but I had an equal chance to draft better players - I just "went with my heart" rather than looking at the stats.
Don't count me out yet - I can still pick up players off the waiver wire to make up for my weak team!
So, @IBDaMann comes in as a rookie - and kicks my veteran ass, scoring what Yahoo called "The biggest blowout of the week!". Congrats, Man! That's a huge win and your in great position so far for the playoffs.
I've scanned the open players on waivers and there's no one! I think I'm stuck with this team for awhile.
