Judge Orders Trump Administration to Answer for Tree Removals at D.C. Golf Course

Once again you prove how stupid you are when it comes to America and American law and the Constitution.
DON'T TRY TO HIDE BEHIND THE CONSTITUTION YOU DESPISE!
No, Obama and Biden did not get to dictate what the law is without Courts being able to check and balance them.
Biden never had any authority to dictate anything.
Obama was President of the United States, and as such, can dictate over the executive branch as he sees fit. Just like Trump can.

That you are now arguing no Court should have been able to stop what they wanted to do as "Ultimately the Executive says what the law is" is you showing your stupidity moving to its max level.
The Executive says what the law is concerning the executive branch of government, Kewpie.
Each department in the executive branch is Congress creating it and granting the President authority over that department. Each department has only the power and authority given to it by Congress.

The National Park Service has the authority to maintain any park property, including any golf courses, and including the authority to remove trees.

No judge has any authority to usurp the executive authority of the President of the United States, nor to usurp the authority of any department in the executive branch.

The Supreme Court (and only the Supreme Court) CAN rule a law passed by Congress unconstitutional, but that would mean the dissolution of the department they created. Such a ruling MUST specify the part of the Constitution so violated and how.

As always Rusty you never fail to amuse us as you admit you 'do not read'. FLOL.

Over and over i prove to you it is Trump and not me, pointing out you are poorly educated but because you are poorly educated you cannot understand it so round and round we go.

Back to you Rusty. Time to show you do you understand it again.
Inversion fallacy. You can't blame your hatred and illiteracy on anybody else, Kewpie.

Ok listen here you pea brain moron.

NO. the executive and President DO
NOT own the assets of the government that are in their branch.
Yes they do, Kewpie.
THEY MANAGE THEM under set rules.
...as defined by Congress when the department was created. The National Park Service has the authority to remove trees at a golf course.
And they only manage them because Congress let's them and Congress can fire them from doing so by taking away that management power and giving it elsewhere.
Congress does not own any department in the executive branch, Kewpie. They only created them and gave them certain authority.
No judge has any jurisdiction over Congress or over any department they created or over the President running that department (which he now owns).

The National Park Service was given the authority to remove trees at a golf course (or any other National Park Service property). No judge as any authority to usurp this.
So no, you backward ass Magat stupid hillbilly freak
Random words. No apparent coherency. Magat is not a word, Kewpie.
Trump has no power to just decide
He certainly does, Kewpie.
and courts are REQUIRED to settle any dispute over them when they may be breaking the law or rules of how they were set up to be managed by Congress
No law is being broken, Kewpie, except by this judge.
No judge has any authority to write law.

Under your logic here no one would be able to qualify as a judge

It’s not about trees you idiot

It’s about following the law

The judge is a law expert idiot
@Matt Dillon is about as brain dead a magat as one can get.

He believes that if a cement company and a contractor have a lawsuit over the type of cement that was supposed to be used on a site, that unless the judge is an expert in cement they cannot hear the case. That is patient sues a Dr over a botched brain surgery the judge must be an expert brain surgeon to hear the case.

Yes he is actually saying that and we simply cannot make his level of stupidity up. He is that dumb.

No judge has any authority to write law, Stooge.
It’s not about trees you idiot
It is about the trees. The National Park Service has all the authority it needs to remove trees on National Park Service properties and domains.
The golf course is National Park Service property.
It’s about following the law
WRONG. The judge is BREAKING the law.
The judge is a law expert idiot
Courtier's fallacy.
The judge is BREAKING the law.

Correct. He is therefore quite legit in throwing out such a frivolous lawsuit.
Did you know the CONTRACTOR is responsible for all materials going into the construction, including any cement used. It is easy to test cement, and every contractor should.

That is patient sues a Dr over a botched brain surgery
Looks like the doctor will win. The patient is now a mental case or dead.
the judge must be an expert brain surgeon to hear the case.
What's to hear? The patient is a mental case or dead.
Yes he is actually saying that and we simply cannot make his level of stupidity up. He is that dumb.

Do you know what a jury is?
Do you know what expert testimony is?

Somebody needs to clean up all this bird shit the squawker drops on this site

If the contract was won then why does NPS have no idea the amount of the contract? At this point you are just making shit up.

You don't have to take my word. You could go look at the testimony in court on the 12th.

Yet you can't point to a single thing I said that was not true. You only claim it MIGHT have been something else.

That's funny. So you are saying the pictures of heavy equipment removing trees is a figment of my imagination?

What facts are known? Clearly you are ignorant of the testimony in court on Monday.

The National Park Service supervisor and the Deputy Director of the National Park service who authorized the work have no idea what the cost is.

federal landscaping budgets are a thing.

you people are insane.

Basically correct.
The President, as Chief Executive has full authority over the executive branch. He can hire, fire, advance, demote, anyone he wants.
He has all the authority he needs to authorize the National Park Service to maintain and improve a golf course under their jurisdiction, including removing overgrown or diseased trees.

No judge has any authority to usurp the Chief Executive of his power or authority.
Exactly. Whatever judge did that should be removed from the bench.

I believe you're a retard that never had a Civics class.

Cite the laws to prove your point
Anyone in The Department of The Interior serves at the pleasure of the president.
That includes The National Park Service, deshy. No fucking judge has any say over any of that, you tardette.
It's federal land managed by The National Park Service, which is managed by..Donald Trump.

Random phrase. No apparent coherency.

The federal government has jurisdiction over the entire United States and all of its territories, Pretender.
Yes, and the federal courts have jurisdiction to hear cases such as the issue with the DC golf course.

correct. the judge has no business hearing the case in a bench trial with no expert testimony.

and he sure as fuck should not be issuing insane injunctions.

this whole court is out of order.
