Yet the same orders remain in place. You are equivocating, Desh. You reject actual information for your feels. Trump has released infinitely more than Biden did, and has asked the courts to let him release the rest and was denied. I get that you do not like it, but that is what has happened.

I think it's pretty silly.
At age 21 Boebert distributed child pornography as revenge porn, because his ex-girlfriend wanted nothing to do with him. It does not appear she consented to the original making of the child pornography. In every state of the union, it is illegal for someone under 18 to consent to making pornography. It is absolutely certain she did not consent to Boebert distributing the child pornography.
It seems like Boebert has made a deal where he will serve virtually no time for child pornography, and revenge pornography. These are serious crimes, and he is getting an amazing deal.
And maybe only distribute it if she allows it to be distributed. This distributing of sex tapes as revenge for breaking off relationships is wrong.
She is legally allowed to take a shower naked as a minor. If he films her against her will taking a shower, and then distributes the child pornography as revenge when she refuses to have further sex with him, that is a crime.
So yes, distributing child pornography as revenge is a crime.
You are 100% correct, but I would add the chances of him getting caught for just making the child porn was very low. His huge mistake was first threatening to distribute it if she did not continue to have sex with him, and second actually distributing it.

Correct, there is no Romeo and Juliet Law for child porn. There is no age where you can distribute child porn and say you are too young to prosecute. There have been more and more cases where high school boys have made child porn and distributed it as revenge porn. There is no age where that is legal to do.
If he were not politically connected, he could be looking at 20 years minimum. Instead, he is looking at 30 days suspended.

The girl in question no longer wanted anything to do with him, so she threatened her with revenge porn, and then he followed through with that threat by sending the child porn to her boyfriend. This was beyond intentional.

It is more about the distribution than either the sex or recording. No one would have really cared if it were just the sex. No one would have even heard about it if it had not been for the distribution.
He had a highly illegal recording of a child having sex. He then decided to threaten that girl with the recording, showing no fear of legal consequences. The arrogance of this crime is shocking.

I say we have strong laws against child brides, child rape, and child porn. 18 should be the absolute limit for all, with the exception of close age differences and underage sexuality. I do not care how close the age is, child brides and child porn distribution should be illegal.
