Everything you wrote points to other causes of outbreaks besides Mexicans, which is what I've been saying all along. Yes, it's possible that some immigrants brough measles in, just like "unvaccinated U.S. residents returning from abroad" did. I'm also saying it's stupid to blame any president for the measles outbreaks; clearly they happened under four presidents.
We had fourteen years of eradication yet immigrants were entering all along without a measles resurgence. That's what I'm asking you and Damo to explain, because putting the absolute blame on Biden is nonsense.

While not impossible, your claim seems unlikely. You are basically claiming that when Americans heard that one vaccine was very successful, they decided to stop doing any vaccine. When you look at the people who are not doing vaccines, they are vaccine deniers, people who think vaccines do not work. They are not people who believe vaccines work too well.
