Fat Ox literally uses close to 99% of his total brain function on the acquisition and gorging down of food. He simply has no available brain cells left for thought on anything else. Well at least my way each district would get their say,Oh yea, the Republicans would in a nanosecond. Think about it. California has 54 electors. If say, 22 ended up voting for the Republican--most of rural California along with some pockets are heavily Republican--it would be disastrous for the Democrats.

Im going to ask you AGAIN, if no one is asked to prove who they are at the time they vote how do you know they are who they claim to be and if you dont know that how can you say its not affecting anything? On top of that are people people "being "disenfranchised" when they have to show an ID at their bank?
