Maryland reviews cases by medical examiner who testified in Chauvin’s defense

.
This cop cam video makes it pretty clear that this raging fool was about to stab a defenseless victim just before she was shot.

OK ... now let us do a little role-playing game ...

SITUATION ...

YOU are the girl who is about to be stabbed ... How many shots do you want the cop to fire? _______

I am the girl who is about to be stabbed ... How many shots do I want the cop to fire? ... EVERY DAMNED BULLET HE HAS AND RELOAD AS MANY CLIPS AS HE HAS

In another time we would call this witness intimidation. But were fine with this now.

You know I really hope they convict that policeman who killed knife girl of murder as well. That way all the police will just stay inside and watch all the democrats kill each other in their cities until people realize why they have police in the first place.

He’s no longer a witness.

No, I didn’t read the testimony because I didn’t obsess over the Floyd case like a good Lemming.

What was ‘the truth’ the examiner was forced to admit?
You aren't qualified to participate in this discussion yet. Read the testimony and resubmit any valid questions that you might have.

I believe you need to alter the text you presented.

The question in any court case would revolve around whether or not the cop had to shoot at all. There wasn't time to use a taser, which sometimes fails. I don't think the attacker needed to be killed. One shot in that big fat ass would have stopped her from stabbing the victim.

I seldom agree with you but this does look very suspiciously politically-motivated, doesn't it? Bet they find nothing.
Really? A M.E. who suggested that C.O was the possible reason for death, even though blood levels showed no such thing, is credible? A M.E who suggests that Floyd's health issues could have caused the death, is credible?

I don't think this is political. Any time a cop or prosecutor is found to be not credible, it's common to review all cases from the past that could have been tainted.

If a guy who once held responsibility makes a public idiot of himself, chances are that his previous work work be reviewed.
He doesn't work there anymore.
They can't fire him.
They just need to see where else he may have fucked up.

Republicans should spend less time trying to think without the adequate equipment for doing so.
Do what you do best--fantasize about fellating the founding fathers.

Maryland is so corrupt, i doubt any findings by any institution.
But this is just to please the mob - there are no indications the ME falsifed anything

It's a political witch hunt- placate the mob

Fowler seems to be a one trick pony. Educated during apartheid in South Africa, he fled to America the moment Mandela was released from prison.

Anton Black was murdered by 3 off duty cops and a civilian, in the same manner as Floyd.

Fowler got the cops off by concocting the same exact story as he did with Floyd.

Fowler is now among a dozen defendants being sued over the September 2018 death of 19-year-old Anton Black after a struggle with police officers in Greensboro, Maryland.
"Defendants (assistant medical examiner Russell) Alexander and Fowler intentionally concealed police responsibility in causing Anton Black’s painful death, and instead falsely ruled, on behalf of the state of Maryland, that a Black teenager who died through asphyxiation at the hands of four white men resulted from 'natural causes,' or 'accident' thereby improperly insulating police officials from responsibility for Anton’s death," the complaint states.

That report deemed Anton Black's death an "accident" — or more specifically, a case of "sudden cardiac death" as a result of a congenital heart condition. It also identified his diagnosed bipolar disorder as a significant contributing condition.
BACKGROUND:'I've never seen anything so brutal.' Anton Black's family files use of force suit in death
ANTON BLACK LAWSUIT: Experts challenge accidental death ruling
"Based on a review of the investigation and autopsy findings, it is likely that the stress of his struggle contributed to his death. However, no evidence was found that restraint by law enforcement directly caused or significantly contributed to the decedent's death; in particular, no evidence was found that restraint led to the decedent being asphyxiated," the report stated.

I find it hard to believe that this investigation is 'politically motivated'

I accept that you are hesitant to share ‘the truth’ lol.
You have that backwards. You can't possibly contribute intelligently to this discussion (not that I would expect that in a best case scenario) because you know nothing about the topic.

Either catch up with the rest of us, or just choose another thread to make a fool of yourself.

No, he's not credible, but the timing of an investigation makes it sound politically-motivated. I'm not saying, btw, that they should not re-examine his conclusions in other cases, though. I didn't know that about the review. Thanks.

I believe that the localized inquiry flew under the national radar.

Now that he's reared his head, he a national figure

I wonder how much he was paid for his testimony? Both prosecution and defense attorneys usually ask that of the expert witnesses.

I think it was because he was incompetent, gave terrible testimony, and made no sense. That made them wonder if he fucked up other cases. With how bad he was, it is likely.

I'd say you are wrong. Why the sudden investigation right after he testifies for the defense in the Chauvin trial? The guy is retired from that position. The the scope of the investigation is all cases involving him. In other words, they don't have any specific evidence of a problem in a specific case. That indicates it's a 'fishing expedition.' That is, they are hoping to find something somewhere in this guy's case history to smear and discredit him with.

All that says politically motivated.

Possibly ... but, most likely WON'T happen

But YOU definately need to answer the question about how many rounds were needed if YOU were going to be on the receiving end of that knife. And spare me the tripe answer now that you are blessed with 20/20 HINDSIGHT. The question is about how at THAT MOMENT IN TIME would YOU want the cop to shoot.

Today ... EVERYBODY is an armchair 20/20 hindsight judge.

The cop 'DONE GOOD' ... as my grandad would say.

I remember the question. I think it was around $250/hour. Less than Tobin is paid, but still not bad. They all typically have 8 hour minimums. They get paid for all work prior to testifying as well.
