It's quite amazing that liberal hollywood elite believe that Socialist white Euros and Socialist Chinese ... have a level of hatred for Americans that is so great and so vile ... that they would boycott this movie over a historically accurate scene like that.

I think this is a misguided case of liberals projecting their own vile hatred of Americans on to others.

If so, the movie is ahistorical.

The Hollywood libs did the same thing in Pearl Harbor. Other than Dolittle, the characters were made up, pure fiction.
