I'm not defending Trump so much as pointing out that he isn't, on a regular basis--that is daily, showing clear signs of complete mental incompetence that Biden was particularly in Biden's last two years in office.

His ego won't allow it. He is the Most Important Person in every room. He flatters and schmoozes to get what he wants, then tosses the person away once their usefulness is done. Ivanka is probably the only person he has ever really loved, but she's keeping her distance now, like everyone else.

Eventually the only people who will come near him will be the CNAs and nurses who feed and change him. How sad.

Trump like's Ivanka around because she's pretty and blonde. The man is not capable of unconditional love. Everything with Trump has a price.

Love your optimism. Unfortunately we did not learn the lessons of 1930s and 1940s Germany, and are now repeating history. Did you see the #TangerineTyrant's recent (un)Truth Social post about communists, communists everywhere!? He doesn't have enough real enemies to spook the cult over. Now he's manufacturing them. Next he will point out variouis (D)s that he labels as "commies." Then the death threats and assassination attempts will begin.


We really need to 8647 before it's too late. Let's hope Vance wakes up and invokes the 25th Amendment.

Yes, that's true. He did like to brag about her appearance and even claimed he'd "date" her if she wasn't his daughter. So apparently she's just another possession to show off, like the arm candy Slovenia strumpet.

Vance would be worse - not because he's more evil - he's much smarter. Trump does his criminal shit out in the open which hurts him and Republicans politically. Vance, being the couch-banging weasel that he is would work behind the scenes to gain more power - and Vance will do anything do it - his "advantage" is that he as zero principes.

I can see him conniving, but I just don't think he has the clout, the star power, the cult following of the Carrot-in-Chief. Trump gets away with venality because the GOP is terrified he'll say something mean about them if they dare to oppose him. No one gives a shit what Vance says because he doesn't have an army of flying monkeys to unleash on those who are "disloyal."

Hell, they won't even praise the success of the World Cup because Trump is in office and they might have to give him some credit for that.
