As for CRT, here's an example of how it works:
The individual is irrelevant to CRT. What matters is your ethnicity / race. It works the same way in Marx's original thesis using economic class. The rich and owners were the oppressors and the workers and poor, the oppressed. If you were a rich owner who was a generous philanthropist and treated your workers and the poor well, it didn't change you were still an oppressor simply by being rich and an owner.
In CRT it's the same thing. If you are White, you're an oppressor. Doesn't matter if you are destitute, kind and generous to a fault, you're White and therefore automatically an oppressor and racist. If you are of a race that's deemed one of the oppressed, it doesn't matter if you're a hateful, filthy rich tyrant, you cannot be racist because you are of a race that is deemed oppressed.
Thus, Whites are systemically racist in CRT while say, Blacks cannot be racist even when doing overt racist acts. This is how Crenshaw's theory on CRT works. It is the one that has been adopted by the radical Left and is being pushed into universities and schools across the Western world. In CRT, Whites need to be wiped out because, like the bourgeoise and robber barons, they are automatically oppressors to be eliminated to make way for a Marxist world. All you need add are arming those that would carry it out and you get Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge, the racist version.
So quit talking about it all the time. Problem solved.

Obviously you do not understand what CRT is, and that is not unusual for your kind of fool. Studying racism to make sure it does not happen again is not "codifying" racism. However, it is the right wing that has, and will continue to do so, that wishes it were. And ignoring it makes it easier for that to happen, and for it to be codified, as is happening in States like Texas, and Georgia.
