Palin says voters too stupid to vote for her

The alt right gets caught lying so many times that the debate becomes about the simplest facts. We never debate the deeper issues, which is why America does not have nice things.
Because trump rendered domestic issues down to catchphrases in order to make it easier for the under educated to follow along. It makes it easier to keep their interest...something the intel agencies never quite mastered when presenting trump with daily briefings.

Witch hunt

Hoax

Fake news.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

I think it's great the Biden usurped MAGA

Reason, experience, and a strong desire to become better than ourselves for future generations is a GOOD thing.

Hating on others is wrong.
The desire to become more white is now a driving factor in this nation. It makes it easier to lead the Nazis, now that they're out in the open

I guess it depends on the abortion laws of the state. Texas governors have relatively little power. All the department heads are elected so the governor has no control over those departments.
I seem to remember a quirk in Texas that actually gives the Lt. Governor most of the power

I think they saw all their fascist dreams coming true - Enslave women, steal the vote, make anyone non-white and non-Christian second-class citizens, they got too coked up and hit the gas too fast. Now they're dealing with their failed coup, their falling popularity and their utter failure to contribute in any way to our nation's welfare.
The problem is that their orange commander is flush with cash, and keeps a tight rein on the party.

And not to forget - a GOP candidate's career can be ended by one bad twump, "truth" on "truth social" (what a stupid name!).

Texas is turning purple, which is why they try to keep people from voting

They and all states with a GOP legislature. It's amazing the back flips the cult will do to tell you what the GOP legislatures are doing is "no big deal". Like in GA, where now it's legal for the state house to look at the people's vote count and say, "nah, we know what they really want, OUR GUY!".

You know.. the people just don't know what's really good for them!

Correct. Same for Florida. Redistricting to ensure that a minority vote always wins elections does not a fair and balanced democracy make.

Texas GOP lawmakers’ redistricting map protects congressional incumbents while avoiding a new Latino-majority seat
Republicans in Texas opened their congressional redistricting effort with a proposal that aims to insulate GOP incumbents from the state’s rapidly diversifying electorate, while diminishing the voting power of Latinos and Blacks in the state.

Lawmakers in the GOP-controlled state Senate responsible for drawing the lines created a new solidly Democratic district in Austin but did not draw a new Latino-majority district, despite Latino population growth being the primary factor in Texas acquiring two new seats in Congress effective in next year’s election. Another new seat — Texas, the fastest-growing state in the country, won two more seats for the next decade — would be a safe Republican seat that includes a slice of Houston.

The draft map did not dramatically change the current makeup of the congressional delegation. Instead, it eliminated most competitive districts, in what appeared to be an effort to take away Democrats’ shot at flipping those seats as their populations change over the next decade.

Republicans hold a 23-to-13 advantage over Democrats in the House delegation. Under the new GOP proposal, safe Republican seats would double from 11 to 22 and safe Democratic seats would increase from eight to 12. One seat leans Democratic and two lean Republican. Toss-up seats would be reduced from 12 to one.

Is that your defense of the messiah.

Like the messiah, about 2 years.

Of course, she had a lt. gov.. And unlike the messiah's 2 year campaign, she only campaigned for 2 months.

Do you use the same standard for everyone or not? Clearly not.
You can't claim Obama was only Senator for 2 years when he was in office for 3 years and 10 months but then claim Palin was in office for 2 years when she was in office for 2 years and 6 months and then claim Obama campaigned for 2 years when he campaigned for 1 year 10 months.

That's right, the messiah quit just two years into his term.

That's not why she resigned a year early. :palm:

Which he had to (not 2 years, but most of his 4 year term, guess you can't do basic fucking math - that doesn't surprise me a fucking bit), as he cannot hold both offices at the same time, you fucking cocktard.

And yes, that is why she resigned early. She sure as fuck didn't become Vice President, dumbfuck.

Not our messiah. Obama was promoted to a higher office, after four years, not two years. Palin quit to avoid prosecution.

It's not really a quirk. The Lt. Gov is head of the Senate. The state government including the governor and most other officials in TX (and the South) were given weak powers following the end of Reconstruction as a reaction against the governments they were required to install during that period.

There is a story in today's paper about 1900 state child welfare workers quitting since January after the governor issued an order to investigate parents of transgendered children for child abuse.

Another Republican move that hurts Americans...this time kids.

Another story is about the effort of Republicans in some states to knock voter initiated referendum off the ballot and pass new laws to make it harder to get those issues placed on the ballot.

That seems to be their trend; seize power, block all opposition. They don't care who gets hurt along the way.

While I do not believe all Republicans are pedos and/or traitors, those who remain silent (except for Cheney and Kitzinger) makes them guilty of complicity in pedophilia and treason.

What pedophilia and treason? Another PizzaGate?

Trump, Roy Moore, Matt Gaetz and probably Lindsey Graham. The Coup was treason and the Republican Congress is complicit in defending Trump from his actions.

It will work during this election cycle.

Once it costs key seats in Congress, Republicans might just dump trump.
