Folks like yourself placed a person with a DOCUMENTED public record of insanely bad character and horrendous ethics in the seat of power. It was inconceivable of us as a nation a generation ago. The notion that a man who publicly betrayed three wives in the humiliating fashion Trump had, who had betrayed his own brother, whose contractual word meant so little that he’d been sued thousands of times for breaking it, whose character could use a charity to steal by fraud and a university as well…
Such a man would have been boo’ed off a primary stage a generation back, never seeing a major party nomination let alone winning a general election. A man whose claim to fame is a ghost written book on business real business people think of as a joke and whose national name popularity is playing the part of a mogul on a lousy scripted reality TV show. Again laughable, if it didn’t indicate how low we had shrunken in our cultural demise.
This is a sick nation IBDM, and you’re symptomatic of it. We are in ethical and cultural decline. MAGA is the proof of it.

As it should. So make a logical case, first as to how Trump isn’t everything I said of him above. Say how the books written by his family members, members of his staff and others close enough to know him well are all untrue. Say the civil court cases where he was found culpable of fraud and others that found him in breach of his contracted word are all false. Say how the literal count of his lies in his first term, amounting to over 30,000 in number, that is false.
Those books, the articles in credible newspapers and magazines, his own words, his actions and deeds, they all exist and are readily pointed to. Easy looked up. I point to them all the time as folks like you claim I point to nothing. That is a blatant lie. I point to this public record all the time.
Now, that's the problem, isn't it. You never quite get to the "speaking truths" part.
That public record is the truth. I simply parrot it and point to it as the proof and, again, it is the truth. It is the peer review I reference.
You post only those words that you have been ordered to post.
The only thing that orders me about is my ethics. A knowledge of right vs. wrong. Something we had a solid grip on nationally when we were a serious people doing serious things. Not a nation that could conceive of, let along practice, “situational ethics” or believe in “alternative facts”.
I’m a practical, pragmatic, person and if you want to teach me something you’re going to have to place that ‘teaching” solidly within the realm of facts, sound ethics and common sense.
Your ilk has failed in that regard so far, though I invite you to try again.

All those books, all his lies, all his past deeds, all the law suits and their transcripts, all his failed marriages and why they failed, all the depositions taken under oath, all the newspaper and magazines articles - ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORD to fall back on.
What do you have - Trump’s promises that we already know to be lies based in so few he’s kept.
No more wars. Price reduction and better cost of living. Gasoline will go down. Tariff bonus payout. Production boost payout. Balanced budget lie. Better health insurance lie. Now a criminal (it breaks the law) promise to purchase votes to maintain this Congress for him. You know that’s never coming, right?
Trump is a criminal. You folks elected a criminal to the Presidency. How sad for you and what it says of those who declare themselves “MAGA”. How awful for everyone else.
That’s my issue and my case. The civil and ethical decline of our culture. Getting us back to the wholesome, ethically sound thinking, right minded practical, pragmatic, people we were in our Greatest Generation (without the race and women’s rights issues, thank you) is what I want to see happen. That would truly make America great again.
Reality TV stars, especially criminal pathological malignant narcissists, as leaders aren’t the way to get there. You don’t fix a poisoned swamp by pouring pond scum into it. *I* know that while you appear not to, which is how I know I’m smarter than you are. (Sorry, I couldn’t resist).
