All of the major US meat packers have issues with safety and food quality. Cargill, Tyson, Smithfield, and UBS all produce questionable products.

Yes and i wish we could simply say letting Ranchers and Farmers go direct to interstate markets would improve the issues around "questionable products" but unfortunately it will almost certain worsen the issue allowing for more cross border questionable product issues to penetrate deeper and longer before being identified and caught and recalled or corrected.

And i say the above as someone who is fortunate enough to be able to buy much of his meats from local farms, direct to my local farmers market.
I am not against it all, but we must recognize the additional risk when something sold local, and more easy to then identify and stop and recall when a "questionable product issue" arises, (when a bunch of people in the surrounding community get sick), versus sending product across many States making any issues very hard to trace to a source leading it to get much more wide spread with more serious consequences.

The USDA does not grade companies, they grade individual cuts of meat. They have not graded Tyson a D, and even your own link shows that.
OSHA has graded Tyson a D, not USDA. OSHA judges a company based on workplace safety, not on food safety. It is a completely different thing.
They have always had the right to sell food directly to supermarkets, or even consumers. I can go to a farmers market and buy food directly from a farmer.
This allows farmers to process food without any food safety regulation. Processing food can introduce some extreme health risks, and they will not have to do anything about those.
The problem with the Clinton's Chicken farm is the routine outbreaks of Salmonella and e-coli that comes from them. The Clinton's Tyson chicken is nearly as toxic as Hillary herself.
John Tyson is a Republican who supports trump. His father was a Republican willing to support Clinton half of the time, but his father is dead.
