Hey i replaced my water heater last month. Just 40 gallons, short one though. I dont have space for the big tall guy in my bilevel.

I also fish, and own guns. Saving right now for a chiappa rhino 50ds in 357 magnum.

Oh and as far as repairs go, my 1994 mazda b3000 - changing out the brake lines and radiator took an afternoon.

Ive also done most of the plumbing in my house. Where I live has a high acid content sk all the old copper is corroded as fuck. Had to switch it out to pex. Otherwise its a bitch. Drain piping sucks doing pvc.

Not really. Homeownership sucks people capital into buying a house, and makes moving to find a better life more difficult. It has good sides too, but I don't think the government should be pushing one solution over another.

Some of the most prosperous countries have low homeownership, and some of the less prosperous countries have high homeownership, so homeownership is not the be all end all of economics some would have us believe.
