Regarding 1/6: questions abound

They ARE being questioned and held in solitary confinement.

A commission to rehash the same lines of questions would be redundant. Furthermore, there’s no telling what sort of mischief that will arise out of it in terms of increasing the surveillance state. What happened to liberals? They used to rebel at that sort of thing.

If there’s a there-there with Trump planning a coup from the Oval Office—or whatever the Fever Swamp notion is, it will be uncovered.

There needs to be a separate investigation into how this was allowed to happen in the first place. And ‘allowed’ is the key concept. If the feds can lock down DC like it’s fricking Kabul, surely, they could have prevented a rag tag mob from rioting *inside* the Capitol.

Why didn’t they? They had the intelligence. Why didn’t they act on it?

The Dems have the power, just like the reds did in Benghazis. The Repubs do not have a right to run it. Of course, we know what they would do. The Dems were squashed by the Repubs when they had the power. I bet you think a half dozen Benghazis was fine, but a 1-6 investigation is purely political and unfair.
