Anyone ever ask why working Americans MUST VACCINATE or lose their job, yet we hear nothing from these assholes about VACCINATE or lose welfare or VACCINATE or lose food stamps.
Interesting how that goes.

Do Americans have a right to a job? Go ahead and say you agree with the Radical LEFT that "Americans have a right to a job". LOL

Lyin'Fish is under the impression that half the country is on the public dole. No doubt he's also in favor of drug tests for anyone receiving SNAP or other aid... but NOT in favor of drug-testing the people who get most of our tax dollars: politicians, defense contractors, active and retired military, and us geezers on Medicare.

That is why nobody can debate with you. You made a dumb comparison.

If the kid thinks everyone can demand a job, regardless of health or fitness, then he's a lot more fucked up than I thought. It wouldn't surprise me that you are 100% correct.

FWIW, I support random drug testing of all of those getting a government work check or public assistance. Except for politicians and retirees, any person who is working for the government, undertraining for the government or otherwise able to work but isn't but still getting paid should be drug tested. Not a lawyer, but let's be both honest and fair; help those in need and kick out the bums.

Drug testing is not a big deal. I did it from the mid-80s until 2019. Easy-peasy plus it'd instill a lot more confidence, at least mine, in our Federal leadership.

EDIT: I'm watching Kyle testify. All military except retirees are drug tested. So is anyone in the transportation industry..although I'm not sure about truckers, trains and plane crews are tested. So is ATC and all federal workers AFAIK and I'm good with it. Please include the fucking politicians and those on the dole. TIA

What about those on unemployment?

Since we're on the subject, why not drug test all public school kids and make it a requirement of any school or organization that receives taxpayer dollars?

For kids, it could be more of a confidential matter with parents with no penalties for usage. More of a counseling thing...which I believe more kids should receive.

Same. They have to contact an office periodically so why not toss that in too? It might explain why they can't get a fucking job digging ditches or lifting boxes.

Such a plan should see a readjustment of our nation's failed War on Drugs. Heroin user? Yeah, that's a problem. Pot shouldn't be a problem unless they come in stoned. Same goes for drunk.

What should happen to such people who repeatedly fail drug tests? IMO, in a perfect world, not more checks, just a bed in a rehab facility.

Nope nope nope. Invasion of privacy. Let the parents worry about that. I am against drug testing, period, except for jobs where the person's impairment could affect the public. Truck drivers, health care providers, pilots, first responders, bus drivers, etc. yes.

Would it have been an invasion of privacy to know beforehand that Eric Harris, 18, and Dylan Klebold, 17 were troubled teens?

Certainly an enlightened society can find a way to help those in need without violating the rights of all?

EDIT: BTW, the prosecutor and the judge dynamic is fascinating. LOL

I wasn't aware that they had drug problems; did they?

Your last sentence is one reason why I oppose blanket drug-testing for everyone except in the instances I mentioned.

Let's say some dictator came to power in the U.S. and mandated drug testing for all public school students. What then? What will we do with the kids who test positive? Kick them out? Put them in state-run drug rehab units? Wouldn't that be 1) very expensive, and 2) unfair to the "good" kids who don't touch drugs?

I remember having to get shots when I was only 3 years old- I WAS TERRIFIED OF THEM- CRIED- SCREAMED- I WAS HORRIFIED!

What Big Bird was trying to do was explain the importance of the vaccines and prevent children's fear of getting shots.

Like I have said before- I compare these Trumptarded politically charged bannings and cancel culture attempts to the Banning of French Fries, PBS, Robert Redford, the Dixie Chicks, and too many other targets to list here.

TRUMPTARDATION- It's real- It's coming to a city near you folks!
