KWWL - A Wisconsin Judge has modified conditions of bail for an 18-year-old Illinois man accused of fatally shooting two people during a protest in Kenosha, WI in August.

Kyle Rittenhouse is accused of shooting two people on Aug. 25 during a protest in response to the shooting of Jacob Blake, a Black man in Kenosha. Rittenhouse is currently out on a $2 million bail and awaiting trial.

Prosecutors recently submitted evidence that shows Rittenhouse flashing the "O.K." hand symbol at a bar while out on bail. The symbol is known to be associated with white supremacist groups.

A judge ruled Friday that Rittenhouse can't associate with known white supremacists. He is also barred from possessing and consuming alcohol and from having firearms.

The Judge modified the conditions of bail AFTER Kyle celebrated his 18th birthday by having a beer.

He claimed a different judge will allow that "evidence."

He can't be retried. Period. He was acquitted.

No one made mention of a civil case, which should be thrown out by any competent judge.

He wasnt just acquitted, he was found not guilty by reason of self defense.

It carries a heavier weight into defamation cases.
 
If i were him, id be suing the state for charging him for murder with no actual case to make the charge.

His third amendment rights were clearly violated by politicians who unlawfully pursued a purely prejudiced case during an election year.

I've noticed that you cleverly ignored the white supremacist part, which was your initial outrage and demand for a link. I supplied the link(s) requested proving that Rittenhouse was, indeed, ordered to stop associating with white supremacists. Oh, and not to consume alcohol either. You also ignored the photos of him posing with the white supremacists. Why?

He did lie. He was never enrolled in the nursing program. He was never a paramedic, either.

He is not enrolled, as of Dec. 1, per the university.
