See ya, Matt

from what i heard the allegations were made monday.
evidence "presented" to a bunch of corporate attorneys running scared of bad publicity and lawsuits
is hardy "examination"

your love for matt is touching

or was it touching that made you love him

I understand how HR works..duh.
What you are missing is these are allegations -how can they be "verified" in such a short time span? like 24 hours?

Fear of lawsuits is not an excuse to terminate an otherwise honest and productive employee.
In fact if there was a process; lawsuits would wait until after some reconciliations between the facts and the allegations.

Suppose this was all smoke and mirrors? after all you are advocating termination without even a careful look at the evidence, and a chance for the employee to respond!

Go thru a process. a week or 2 doesn't matter.

No process. Right to work means they don't need a process, they can fire you for anything they want.

What part of that don't you understand?

Your statement proves you have no clue what right to work means.

If an employer has a rule about how you can and cannot (fill in the blank) and you break the rule, you can be fired. It's not because they want to, it's because the employee broke the rules the employer has the right to make for his/her business. That's a process. Employee is informed of the rules. Employee breaks the rules. Employee gets fired.

Sorry, yo momma isn't in this thread

Right to work doesn't need a reason to fire you........they can fire you without due process. They told matt.........You're Fired! No explanation necessary.

Don't get mad at me because your racist ass votes for corporations to dominate.
