Are fucking kidding me? Shit benefits? That is one of the more idiotic things I've read in a long time. And considering they only work 3/4 of the year, with summers off, their pay is pretty damn good.

The 2nd amendment does NOT give you the right to do anything you want, in terms of gun ownership!

you do understand that there's a difference between 'keeping', 'bearing', and 'doing anything i want', right? or are you one of those that thinks no right is absolute despite the FACT that the founders intended that to be the case by saying SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED?!?!?!?!?!?! Or are you one of those that considers the constitution and the law too complex for you to understand, therefore you need government to explain everything to you while you wear that collar?

scalia was mostly a statist big government stooge who handed more power to the federal government. he was not 'my own'. and yes, i'm a fucking genius on the constitution because WE THE PEOPLE wrote it. The question would be 'why aren't YOU a constitutional expert?' instead of letting the government tell you what it means?

Yes; such as, banning gun ownership for felons which is called due process. The DNC does not want gun regulation they want gun prohibition which is proven by their proposed bills in the House and Senate which would ban all Semi Auto rifles and pistols which account for the vast majority of the firearms in this country.

Lol you are questioning others knowledge of the Constitution and just called for a tyranny of the majority which is one of the things that the Constitution was precisely written to prevent.

No person shall ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law .

Oh and your stat is wrong, a) many gun owners would refuse to answer that question honestly and b) according to the surveys we have appx 37% of American households have a gun.
