Some of the illegals arrested by ICE in Minnesota

I've told you this several times:

1. Shooting at a moving vehicle

This in and of itself is not a procedural violation. You can fire on a moving vehicle, or any vehicle, if:

There is gunfire, or other visible threat of force coming from the vehicle. That is, pointing something that looks like a weapon is sufficient.
The vehicle is being used as a weapon itself, as in the occupant(s) are trying to hit persons, destroy property, etc.

When you cannot fire on it is if it is simply moving.

So, if you try to drive towards an ICE officer who is in front of, or partially in front of, your vehicle that officer can use deadly force against the occupant(s) of that vehicle.
2. Body cams off during a law enforcement action.

I don't know what ICE's exact position on body cameras is or if all ICE officers are even issued one. The officer was videoing with his phone and that video has been released. I doubt a body camera would show much difference.
Get it now?
Get it now?

No. You right wing hatred has melted your brain. You're a lying troll. You're just a little fancier about it.

Yea, yea... The ACLU is gaslighting you by omission. They don't state why any of these people died while in custody. The vast majority died from medical complications or conditions they had prior to being arrested and not due to being in custody or anything ICE did or didn't do. In fact, many died while in medical care that they likely wouldn't have gotten on the street.
Death because of a medical condition that ICE failed to treat in a timely manner is not exactly the exculpatory evidence you think it is. Particularly when there is lots of evidence of ICE failing to provide medical treatment in so many instance.
Two of those the ACLU includes are Norlan Guzman-Fuentes, 37, of El Salvador and Miguel Ángel García Medina, 31, of Mexico, who were killed by an Antifa terrorist in an attack on the ICE facility where they were being held in Dallas TX. How is that ICE's fault?

The ACLU is full of shit.
You are the one full of shit by using 2 to discount all the other deaths.

Irrelevant appeal to probability.

Also, the FACT is that the ILLEGAL immigrant population commits serious crimes at about triple the rates of the general American population. The ILLEGAL immigrant population rarely starts businesses at all. The ILLEGAL immigrant population is a net drain on the GDP.
Bullshit from you. Did you get these facts from your cult leader?

From your source:

Despite its centrality to public and political discourse, we lack even basic information on fundamental questions regarding undocumented immigrants and crime.

They are using the Texas Department of Corrections data, one of the few states that tracks illegals in their justice system as a separate category.

ROFLMAO. So you admit your claim is bullshit since you lack even basic information.

If you moved your car to block, you can move it to unblock. Unless, of course, you are Renee Good and are dead because of your #MalignantMessiah's stormtroopers.

What about all those idiots standing in the roads and making roadblocks?
Hopefully, no one you know would need medical assistance and the medics can't get through.
