Jesse Richard Morgan saw the mail-in ballots. He had quite an odyssey in Pennsylvania, arriving at Lancaster. His truck was taken by someone else after he parked it for the night, and driven along a 25-mile route where the truck was stopped and parked eleven times.

They aren't my fabrications. They're affidavits that you provided to support your claims of a stolen election, they have been investigated and proved to be inaccurate.

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution (the Elections Clause) is the primary provision.

“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing (sic) Senators.”

Yup! And the word “Chusing” was simply a way of spelling at the time, the grammar rules were more flexible prior to mandatory education standards.

I repeated back to you a specific situation, that includes a sworn affidavit that you referenced years ago, and noted that an investigation was done by multiple federal agencies, including the FBI, and nothing was found.
