This puts the facts to the lie @Damocles and other magats try to spread which is that the Dem's should not care if Trump's claims of 'election security are real or fake and the Dems should just enact them to help restore election confidence'.

What they ignore is that 'election confidence' will have NOTHING to do with any procedures put in place, with Trump and magats, and is solely a function of Dems being excluded from winning. As long as Dem's win, then every change currently being asked for by Trump and magats would not be enough and cheating would still be alleged and a new set of changes to restore 'election confidence' would be demanded by Trump and magats. this would continue forever until Dem's could not win.

This has been proved recently in the most Blue areas where Dems have won but Trump still cried 'cheating'. Meaning it is the 'win' that he is targeting.

The governor of New Jersey just admitted that over 6,600 New Jersey non citizens were registered to vote. We need the SAVE act.

OK now cue the moving of the goal posts from there was no evidence that non citizens were allowed to vote to but but but it didn't effect the outcome.

We only know what we have discovered. If we don't investigate we aren't going to find fraud.

You should probably read the history of what happened in NJ from credible sources, not your propaganda favorites. The mistake was a computer glitch which automatically registered green card holders/legal non-citizens when they applied for drivers' licenses. The mistake was caught by the security systems and their registrations to vote were revoked. Only 400 of them voted. There is no evidence of who they voted for. This PROVES that the systems are secure and that errors are corrected.

Remember when MAGAT darling DeSantis announced that they had arrested several ex-cons for voter fraud? He made a huge deal over it. Then the charges had to be dropped because the voters in question had been wrongly told by the clerks where they applied for drivers' lidenses that they were eligible to vote, having served their sentences.

You MAGATs are so desperate to see fraud and crime where none exists, while ignoring the biggest fattest criminal of all squatting in our White House.

The entire position of EVERYONE, including the Federalist Society and other groups on the Right who have studied it has ALWAYS been, the incidents of fraud (which do happen and nothing Trump proposes could stop fraud) which happen DO NOT have an effect on any outcomes of elections. they have NEVER argued mistakes and fraud do not happen.

So your post is the 'moving of the goal posts' as you try to present it in a way no one disputes.

Mistakes and fraud will ALWAYS happen, and will continue to happen even if Trump got every wish he wanted, but they are not impacting results.

I think it would be great for the States to investigate their voter "roles", but the SAVE act goes much further and it puts the Federal Government in a roll explicitly in a place set by the United States Constitution in a place reserved for the States.

There is a reason the Founders gave that right to the States, to protect them from a tyrannical Federal Government.

As I said, that information is publicly available. China didn't have to hack anything. You can easily use Google to look up a particular city block of your choosing and see who lives at each address, then you can look up each person and find if they are registered to vote and for which party if they selected one. Political campaigns purchase this information in a "white pages" format to enable targeted advertising for their candidates. You didn't know this? Neither did your #MalignantMessiah, apparently.
