NYS had a very old law that said only 'vaginal penetrate by the penis is rape and everything else is sexual assault' but the Federal gov't, almost all State, and common word usage all cite what Trump did, rightly, as "rape".

It is why anyone now can say publicly "Trump is a rapist" and if he tries to sue it just gets tossed out of court under the 'truth is an absolute defense against defamation' defense.

Trump is a rapist. That has been adjudicated and is now a matter of fact.

I'm late to the topic, but thanks to Trump for telling us things that were already known, falsely claiming the election was stolen and generally wasting all of our time.

I wonder if his lawyers have found all the dead, felon, underage, etc people that he claimed when he called Georgia and tried to steal the state from Biden?

We already knew Russia and China interfere in our elections and he didn't produce any evidence of fraud now than he ever has. The last "fraud" claims, with any substance, was Patel finding FOUR fraudulent voters in NJ.

Not only are there mountains of evidence from the Biden DOJ/FBI, which was hidden for years, now we find out Biden was himself compromised by China, through Hunter.
