I saw some photos of their meals. Looks like nouveau cuisine type servings, very small. Scallop entree had 2 scallops. I'd rather cook my own. For tilapia I dip the fillets in milk, roll'm in seasoned mashed potato flakes, pan fry them. Swordfish steaks I broil'm for 3 minutes on 1 side, pull'm out, change the oven to bake as high as it will go, turn'm over, finish by baking them 3 minutes and covering them in warmed garlic/butter/lemon sauce. For salmon I just pouch it, drain off the water and cover it with a brown sugar/maple syrup sauce until it forms a slight crust around the edges. Yummo!!!!
