Accountants typically insulate themselves by having clients sign a document stating that the returns are completed based on information given to the accountant. When trump committed campaign finance fraud, the idiot then attempted to write off the payments to the whores as a business expense. Or hide it as something other than campaign finance expenditures.

How about a motion to dismiss the charges against the president. If such a motion passes by a simple majority the impeachment proceedings effectively end.
