"Trump berates Red Hen after restaurant "

Business as usual by trump-supporting scum...

WASHINGTON — Michael Friedman wants you to know something: His Red Hen restaurant, located in D.C.’s Bloomingdale neighborhood, is unaffiliated with the Red Hen in Lexington, Virginia.
And D.C.’s Red Hen, he said, is open to all.

It’s a message the owner has been trying to get out since Saturday, when White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders that she and her party were asked to leave the Lexington eatery the night before because she works for President Donald Trump.

Unfortunately, Friedman’s eatery — along with similarly named restaurants in New Jersey and Connecticut — have been the target of social media outrage ever since. Thousands of tweets and such aimed at Friedman’s place have ranged from merely critical to outright threatening.

“We’ve received death threats,” Friedman said.

What else would you expect from Trumpanzees?

I don't believe you understood my comment. Perhaps one of these will help.

They didn't get the service they walked in the door to get.

No obtuvieron el servicio que querían.

Ils n'ont pas eu le service qu'ils voulaient.

Sie haben nicht den Service bekommen, den sie wollten.

Non hanno ricevuto il servizio che volevano.

Even more basically, they didn't get the service that anyone else would have gotten.

When totally different restaurants have received death threats?

A woman with the same name as the RH owner has also received death threats. Trump's Amerika, heil!

"HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -

"A Henrico woman is getting death threats after a Virginia restaurant turned away the president's press secretary.

"The Red Hen controversy hits close too home for Henrico resident Stephanie Wilkinson. Unfortunately for her, she has the same name as the owner of the Lexington restaurant that turned Sarah Huckabee Sanders away.

"There are two of us with the exact same name. I've never been to Lexington. I don't even know about the Red Hen," said Wilkinson.

"Wilkinson has been dealing with a barrage of angry phone calls and texts since Saturday, for something she had nothing to do with.

"Usually I'll just swipe left and decline them, but every once in a while I'll answer one," said Wilkinson. "They call me an F'ing liar, a liberal liar or a communist pig.""

But yeah, the *Left* is supposed to stay civil. LOLOL

It's not?

This is the only part about payment: Sanders went back to the table, picked up her things and walked out. The others at her table had been welcome to stay, Wilkinson said. But they didn’t, so the servers cleared away the cheese plates and glasses.

“They offered to pay,” Wilkinson said. “I said, ‘No. It’s on the house.’ ”

Now point out where it says they offered to pay for appetizers, drinks and entrees. I'll wait.

Keep waiting.

That's correct. And she reportedly offered to pay for it and their drinks, as well as the meal that was not served or eaten, apparently.

"Apparently", that's what you're relying on? :rofl2:
Better let your terminally stupid pal freedumb know that. He stated otherwise. "And she offered to pay for the ordered meals..."

And the owner comped the appetizers.

The Trumpanzees are really showing their patriotism with this incident:
~~~
"As a result, similarly named but completely unaffiliated Red Hen restaurants in Washington, D.C., Connecticut, and New Jersey have reportedly been the targets of harassment, death threats, and even some physical violence.
"The Red Hen in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, “received threatening messages on its voicemail and on its Facebook page,” soon after the Sanders incident, WTNH reported. The restaurant reportedly changed its voicemail to explain that they were “not affiliated with any other Red Hen restaurant,” and, in response to hundreds of angry comments, posted to Facebook multiple notes declaring, “We have absolutely no affiliation with any other Red Hen Restaurant anywhere else.”
"Additionally, a Red Hen restaurant in Swedesboro, New Jersey has also been targeted for harassment by phone, social media, and a flood of negative Yelp reviews. The restaurant wrote, in all caps, that their restaurant was “IS IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH THE RED HEN IN VIRGINIA” on their Facebook page, and claimed they received about 600 phone calls related to the incident.
"“I was answering the phone every five minutes to swearing, cursing, vile things—people wishing our business would go under,” restaurant host Tommy Smith told The Philadelphia Inquirer. “Their anger was really overpowering. It really stinks.”"
...
"Meanwhile, the Red Hen in D.C. has been bearing the brunt of the misdirected backlash, despite the actual Red Hen in Lexington being three hours away. Co-owner Mike Friedman told the Washingtonian that they’ve been “bombarded” with calls, emails, tweets, and negative Yelp reviews in the immediate fallout.
"They’ve also reportedly received death threats. Furthermore, the eatery was egged over the weekend, presumably by confused Trump supporters looking for vengeance against the Lexington cafe."
