I give Trump almost zero credit, other than inking his signature on any executive orders legally necessary to implement it.

Trump is a moron who has never shown the slighest interest in governance, policy wonkery, or even working hard at statecraft.

Trump spends most of his time watching cable, tweeting, and indulging his ego at MAGA rallies.
