Trump hires first woman to head the CIA

Haspel ran a black site in Thailand, so it was not seen., The site was involved in enhanced interrogation. That is Repub speak for torture. She was a leader in a place that was doing shameful actions. She knew they could not let out what they were doing so she was complicit in covering it up. yeah, she is qualified for this administration.

LOL

Is funny because is true

yes, we know that. The question is in regards to whether or not she pushed for their destruction.

according to Wiki details (which could be erroneous)...https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2005_CIA_interrogation_videotapes_destruction

According to this... Rodriguez destroyed the tapes in 2005.

Yet the news is flashing this:

This indicates that it was years later.

So I would like to know if either is true.

Good info.

IMO, there was no reason to keep the tapes. They were not needed for evidence or trial. And as long as they existed, they could be leaked. So whomever destroyed them ... I say, ... good call.

He's hired a number of women: Ivanka; Stormy Daniels; Elaine Lan Chao (Mitch McConnell's wife); Sara Hucksterbee; Hope Hicks; Kellyanne Conway; Omarosa Manigault.

"she oversaw techniques now considered by many to be torture, including waterboarding and locking detainees in coffins — makes the fact that she’s a woman a moot point. Installing her as head of the CIA is a signal from the White House of support for torture, a position that is harmful for people of all genders in the United States and around the world.

"And crowing over Haspel’s gender is a cynical move coming from Trump, who presides over the least feminist administration in recent memory. Trump and his appointees have given cover to men accused of abuse, smeared women who came forward with reports of sexual misconduct, and worked to dismantle access to reproductive health care around the country.she oversaw techniques now considered by many to be torture, including waterboarding and locking detainees in coffins — makes the fact that she’s a woman a moot point. No, I mean the left wing nuts in the media pushing the story that she had it done years later. Are you even paying attention to this thread? Or you just spouting off nonsense?

What is the statute of limitations of terror and coverups?. Please inform us all. She was knee deep in the shameful actions on Bush and the neocons. Trump also believes in torture. That makes thinking people worry. That does not include you.

So you are going to run away from addressing the question? Why two different stories?

Also, other than the memoirs of one guy, what evidence has been presented to show that she did indeed send a cable for the destruction of the tapes?

Saying she was knee deep in 'shameful' actions is just your sad way of trying to run away from answering the questions.
