He has rebuilt the military and is bringing them home in the Middle East and Germany.

Agreed. It's a mindset. All his life Trump has only cared about Trump. He's fucked over almost everyone who had dealings with him. He's stiffed clients, students, customers, employees and his own family. It would be silly for anyone to believe he'd change after taking the oath of office.
