Under any circumstances...the fight Donald Trump is putting up has MUCH LESS to do with border security...than with fulfilling a truly stupid promise he made.

And even at that...we all know the promise cannot be kept...because the promise was not just to build the wall...BUT THAT MEXICO WAS GOING TO PAY FOR IT.

That is not going to happen.

The only person Donald Trump outsmarted today was....

He'll be forced to tuck his tail between his legs when Congress doesn't give him his money, but he'll keep the govt. open while he 'talks to the Pentagon'.
